1 cup Nutella
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces whipped cream (1 can) 2 tablespoons corn syrup or maple syrup
8-ounce jar of chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
chocolate wafer cookies


  1. In a food processor, process together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  2. Add in the egg yolks, one at a time, then process until smooth.
  3. Fill 1/4 of the way up with Nutella (or as desired) in the prepared spring form pan to line the bottom of it.
  4. Pour in cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan, then top with more Nutella (or as desired) to cover the filling completely on top of the cake filling. Smooth out the surface with the back of the spoon if desired. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the pan by running a knife around the edge and lifting carefully by its edges. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top of the cake before serving. Enjoy!
